Appointments

Please call the office on (08) 94811238 to make an appointment. A valid referral from your GP or specialist is required for you to claim the medicare rebate. Please bring the following items for the appointment:

• Medicare card
• DVA or pension card
• Private Health Fund details
• X rays, Ultrasound, CT and MRI reports if applicable
• or any other relevant information

Payment Policy

We are a private practice. We do not bulk bill, however, you can claim part of the consult fees through medicare. The fees vary depending on the investigations or procedures to complete the examination. Please call the office if you require more information.
